So yesterday and Tuesday at school I showed the first two episodes of Arrested Development (from the DVD's) during a characterization lesson. The students absolutely loved it. I had a whole bunch beg me to promise them more episodes and quite a few stayed in during lunch to watch.
It was great to see a student raise their hand and say "It seeems Buster always wants to massage other guys" or "G.O.B. always has a drink in his hand" or "Everyone thinks Tobias is gay" etc. Large laughs.
Carrie: Rent the DVD's from Netflix. Start with the first episode. Re-watch it if the lines are too fast to hear every joke. The we will happily catch you up on the new episodes (I might even burn them to DVD for you when I get a DVD recorder).
