First of all, there are a few dozen more important issues to worry about in Seattle right now like homelessness, poverty, traffic problems, and out of control house prices. Secondly, why should anyone be able to govern whether or not someone can dance on your crotch. I haven't been inside Deja Vu or Rick's in over ten years, but I sure as hell don't care if anyone else enjoys that form of entertainment.
This is just like Bush worrying about gay dudes and photo ops when he should be worried about the hundreds of people dying every day in Iraq and the hundreds or thousands of people that died needlessly in New Orleans.
When will governments decide to focus on what is really important in the world?
