- Replacement/realignment of Keechelus with Mt. Hyak High Speed Quad
- Night skiing at Rampart and Mill Creek chairs
- Mountain-top restaurant
- New Ski School Quad Lift
- Replacement/realignment of Triple 60 Chair with Quad lift
- Replacement/realignment of Holiday Chair with Quad lift
- Additional parking at Silver Fir
- Replacement/expansion of Central Base Area Lodge, Silver Fir Lodge
- New Northside Double Lift (Advanced terrain, skier's left from top of Pacific Crest)
- New Baby Chair Double Lift (Looker's right of Julie's chair)
- Replacement/realignment of Wildside Chair with Quad lift
- Replacement/realignment of Dodge Ridge Chair with Quad lift

At all base areas, there will also be extensive vegetation/restoration work to include adding tree islands, paving some parking lots and improving the existing drainage.
