Have they finally figured out who was behind the D.B. Cooper hijacking?

I was really into this story as a kid because another kid close to my age found $5000 of Cooper's money in Vancouver, Wa which is where I lived at the time.
This article is a fascinating read, especially if you have any interest in true crime like I do. I kind of hope he made it, you know?
