Chloe Rules!!!
INTERVIEW EXCERPT PLUS WEB-EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS
Mark Ronson is the shiznit!
The Coldplay cover is insane.
In March 2006, Ronson released a cover of Radiohead's "Just" as a single. In certain areas it gained major radio play. It was released as part of "Exit Music: Songs with Radio Heads", a full Radiohead covers CD, in April. Ronson's second album, Version, due for release in the UK on April 16, 2007, includes other covers of a diverse selection of rock & pop songs including: Kaiser Chiefs' "Oh My God" (featuring guest vocals from Lily Allen), Coldplay's "God Put A Smile Upon Your Face", Britney Spears' "Toxic", and Ryan Adams' "Amy".
Ronson is due to release a cover of classic The Smiths' track Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before.
The Mariners Are Playing Hardball!
For those of you that don't know, I usually order group Mariner tickets for three or four games in February, before they go on sale to the general public. (Any season ticket holder can do this). However, this year with normal work, school, and the baby, I completely spaced on it.
I would like to order group tickets for 15-20 people for one game. It will be huge fun as always.
Here are the dates I am considering: 4/29, 5/20, and 6/3. I am leaning towards 5/20 at this point. The tickets I buy will be between $7 and $25. Last year we sat closer to the field, which was more fun.
If you are interested, please let me know what dates work for you and how many tickets you might need. Please let me know ASAP because I will try to order tickets Tuesday when I am at the game.
If anyone wants to meet up I will be at these games in my season ticket seats:
4/3, 4/15, 5/12, 6/2, 6/22 (Griffey), 6/26, and 7/30 plus a few more...

Bob Barr Flip-Flops on Pot
Thank god a Republican is finally getting the message that this current administration is operating a "big government" policy that takes away too many decisions from the states and inavdes on our civil liberties. Why is the light just now going on? Why has it taken six years?

The lefty from Atlanta better be damn good!
* Rafael Soriano struck out all three Nationals he faced Sunday, lowering his spring ERA to 1.12. He's been lights out this spring, striking out 12 and walking none in eight innings. There are few more dominant relievers in baseball.

Modest Mouse Returns
The new album has a few pop singles, a few mellow vibe type songs, and of course there a few songs where Isaac yells at you. The cool thing about this album is the musical exploration that is more reminiscent of The Moon and Antarctica, my favorite Modest Mouse record. Parting Of The Sensory is the best track, but there are plenty others. Oh, by the way James Mercer of The Shins sings on a few songs too.

The Flaming Lips Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots album will be a broadway musical!
For the casual Lips fan, this is the album that has Do You Realize, which is one of the best 'make the very best of each day and treasure it' songs of all time. In fact, the song pretty much got me through the first few months after my father passed away.
Do You Realize - that you have the most beautiful face
Do You Realize - we're floating in space -
Do You Realize - that happiness makes you cry
Do You Realize - that everyone you know someday will die
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know
You realize that life goes fast
It's hard to make the good things last
You realize the sun doesn't go down
It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
Do You Realize - Oh - Oh - Oh
Do You Realize - that everyone you know
Someday will die -
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know
You realize that life goes fast
It's hard to make the good things last
You realize the sun doesn't go down
It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round
Do You Realize - that you have the most beautiful face

Extras on HBO only have one more show!!!
Ricky Gervais is not only very funny, but he loves to go out on top. He lives by the "leave them wanting more" rule of thumb.
